You conjure an ethereal, temporary dwelling within range that lasts for the duration. When cast, a life-size, shimmering image of the model structure used as this spell's material component appears in an unoccupied space within range. The structure can be no larger than 60 feet in any dimension. You and any creature you designate when you cast the spell can enter the extradimensional dwelling as long as the spell lasts. Even if the dwelling's door is open, if a creature was not designated at the time of casting to be permitted in, they cannot enter.
The structure itself has no actual physical properties to it; it has no odor, and objects pass through it as if it was an illusion, and its entrance (along with any activities within the structure) make no noise to an outside observer.
The inside of the dwelling takes on whatever appearance the caster wishes (both at the time of casting and at any point during the spell's duration). However, the rooms within the dwelling specifically include a kitchen, dining room, living room, two bathrooms, and four bedrooms (each bedroom contains two beds). In addition to this, the caster can create up to four additional rooms that can't exceed twenty feet on any side, but can be furnished/decorated as the caster wishes. These additional rooms can also contain workshops based off an artisan tool, or a library of books and scrolls created from the caster's knowledge.
The kitchen of the dwelling is stocked with enough food to feed up to ten people for two meals.
Furnishings and other objects created by this spell dissipate if removed from the dwelling. When the spell ends, any creatures inside the extradimensional space are expelled into the open spaces nearest to the entrance. Objects left inside the dwelling will remain there and can only be retrieved by casting the spell again with the same material component. Even if a copy of the miniature component is used, it will create a new dwelling instead.
