You project forward a large orange, shimmering translucent magic wall which controls how time affects objects that pass through it. The wall reduces the momentum of things that pass through it, or accelerates them beyond normal. You can make the wall up to 30 feet long, 10 feet high, and 1 foot thick.
One side of the wall, selected by you when you cast this spell, makes all things slower that pass through. Projectiles that enter from this side lose 4 points to their Hit/DC roll, and creatures take half their movement to pass through. The other side of the wall briefly accelerates the time of all objects and creatures that pass through it to great speeds. Projectiles gain 2 points to the Hit/DC roll and get an additional 1d8 of lightning damage, and creatures gain a bonus 5 feet of movement. The wall can be oriented in difference ways, even horizontally, it cannot go through walls but will fill up enclosed spaces.
As a bonus action, you can dispel the field to end the spell early, or relocate it.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the Hit/DC decreases for incoming projectiles by 1, the Hit/DC increases for your projectiles by 1, bonus lightning damage increases by 1d8, and creatures gain another extra +5 feet of movement for each slot level above 4th.
