Aqua Barrage

Create a swirling shield from water that will cause 1+1d4 force damage to any creature that moves within 5ft of your location, or any creatures you move within 5 ft of. This swirling shield may last up to 3 rounds. As an action, you may disperse the shield to deal 2+2d4 force damage in a 30ft line that is 10ft wide. Creatures along the path will make a strength saving throw to receive half damage.
