The most powerful spell in the multiverse, the caster takes objects from the world around them, and dissolves them into the Chaos from which they came. From that Chaos, anything can be created. Any object, spell, or force. While in control of the Chaos, the caster can literally change the laws of the the multiverse, from the laws of physics to how magic is made. However it is hard to get the material components, and there is a 40% chance that the caster will be overcome and dissolve from the force.
* - (One drop of Ichor (Celestial Blood), The Fang of a Demon, and a Leaf from the Tallest tree of the Feywild, all of which the spell consumes.)
