Arnold's Revenge

This spell is a minor magical trick that novice spellcasters use for petty revenge. You target an individual who has, in your opinion, wronged you or offended you in some small way and make them appear to wet themselves. Their pants become soaked through and a smell of urine follows them and causes others within 5 foot to smell the urine.
