Archangel's Arcane Armaments

From a 9-pound mass of silver and iron alloy, you have learned to separate the mass into three separate forms that you can psionically manipulate. As a full action, you can reform them into a shield equal to your own AC plus 3. As an attack, roll for each of these forms individually, if separate, in which case they each strike for 3d6 damage of either bludgeoning or piercing. The damage type depends on the form they are taking. If collected into one large form, it will strike for 4d12 damage, again depending on the form the mass takes. As it is silvered, the forms negate the resistances of were creatures and the undead. If not combining the masses, a bonus action can turn them into explosive projectiles, doing 3d6 fire damage each.
