Purple ethereal chains will sprout from your hand towards the arms of two targets, for the duration, these two targets are linked together by ethereal chains.

Once the spell succeeds, both characters will be incapable of moving more than 5ft away from each other, and when forcing to move must succeed on a strength check versus the other target if they want to move. If they succeed on this strength check they will pull the other target along with them.

At the end of one of the target's turn both targets can make a strength check, where if both targets succeed on the strength check, they will break the chain. If one of the targets fails this check, the chains hold. Creatures can choose to fail this strength check.

When the spell ends, the chains dissipate.
