You target one creature within range that creature must make a constitution saving throw. On a fail the target takes 4d8 necrotic damage as their heart (or any other vital organ) is crushed the target it also Restrained it may repeat the save at the start of its turn. If the target succeeds the save it take 2d8 necrotic the spell ends after the success. If a target is killed by this spell it takes an action to raise it as an undead with animate dead.

At higher levels: If this spell is cast at 5th level or higher you may target an additional creature and deal 1d8 extra on a fail for each level you cast it above 4th every two levels increase the damage on a successful save by 1d8.
