Bardic Harmony

When this spell is cast, a primary bardic type caster can start to sing their own created song , recite their own written poem or speak their own words of encouragement to fill their allies within 30ft with greater confidence than normal. The primary bardic caster must use one spell slot to cast Bardic Harmony while any other bard within sight (60ft) not casting a spell, may use a rolled result of a Performance skill check, utilizing an instrument, as an action while this spell is in effect, to help suppress Charm and Fear conditions for 10 minutes and increases the additional dice rolled from 1d8 to +1d8 for each bard caster who participates in up-keeping the spell. This applies to any ally within 30ft who attempts to strike a target or pass a saving throw. Effect lasts for 10 minutes so long as the primary Bardic Caster maintains concentration on the spell. If concentration is lost by the primary bardic caster within 1 minute of casting this spell then the harmony effect ends and the spell must be cast again.
