Cilli's Terrible Twister

Holding something from the plane of air, you swirl your hands in front of you, creating a massive 200 foot tall, 60 foot wide tornado. Any creature within 10 feet on the tornado must make a STR saving throw or be picked up by the tornado. If the creature fails its saving throw, it takes 12d12 bludgeoning damage, and is thrown 30 feet away from the tornado. If they pass the save they take half damage and are not thrown. If they cannot be moved, they take an extra 2d12 bludgeoning damage.
