Breath of Death

A foul-smelling miasma creeps outward from your mouth, infecting all humanoids and beasts in the area with a Constitution score below 14 with a disease called the Living Death. Creatures infected with the Living Death cannot regain hit points, and die if they drop to 0 hit points or in 1d6 weeks, unless the disease is cured by magical means.
