Beam of Light

You create a beam of light of magical force. Each beam hits a creature of your choice that you can see within range. A beam deals 3d6 force damage to its target. The beam also blinds the target and each creature in 5ft of the target for 1 minute and each creature blinded gets disadvantage on attack rolls.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, you can add another 1d6 to the damage.
