Caster strikes the target with a bolt of lightning to the forehead. Initial hit will deal 2d6 to the target. Additionally, the target must make a wisdom saving throw. If the saving throw is failed, the lightning overcomes the targets mind forcing a skewed perception of reality. Until the spell is dispelled the target will see all allies as enemies and enemies as allies.
The mind will rationalise this dispite damage being inflicted. The only way is to dispell the affect is by "dispel magic" or by the target making a successful wisdom saving throw against the caster's spell save DC. They can reattempt said wisdom saving throw on their subsequent turns until sucessful. However if they fail this subsequent attempt they take an additional 1d6.
Casting at higher levels increases initial damage by 1d6 per level and adds a 1d4 per level to the additional damage.
