The caster instantly creates a 20 foot radius sphere around the caster, all air and non-living gases and liquids lighter than air such as fumes and helium disperses. All other non-living gases and liquids instead gets pushed out of the sphere, creating a an empty space inside. While the spell is active it follows the caster around as its center.
As there is nothing breathable within the sphere, creatures who needs to breath has to hold their breath or start suffocating. Spell with vocal component can still be cast within the sphere, but the caster has to release their held breath and start suffocating.
Wile inside the sphere creatures cannot hear sounds other than themselves.
Non-magical fires within the sphere gets extinguished after 1 round and is completely gone after 2 rounds.
When the spell ends the vacuum quickly gets filled with what is around, creatures who are inside of the sphere when the spell ends needs to make a constitution save, on a failure if it gets filled with a gas gets deafened for 1 turn, if it gets filled with a liquid on a failure gets knocked prone and takes 2d10 bludgeon damage. On a success nothing happens.
At higher levels the range increases by 10 feet radius for each level above 2.
