You focus passing time into your hands as you observe the area around you. While concentrating on this spell, you gain a new way to use your reaction: if you see a creature within range hit another creature with an attack, you can momentarily shift the attacker back in time. The attacker must immetiately make an identical attack, as if they haven't yet made the inciting attack. If you use your reaction this way, the spell ends.
