Bottled Message

You create a message and send it back in time. You write a message on a piece of paper that is 5 words or less. You then put that message into a small container (such as a bottle or a small box) and send it back in time 1 minute. The message has a %50 chance of being destroyed when sent. If the message would change your previous actions any effects of the change happen, though you have no memory (such as sending a message about a trap, causing you to have not fallen into the trap and regaining lost hit points).

At Higher Levels: When you cast this using a 4th level spell slot or higher, reduce the percentage of the message being destroyed by %5 and you can add 1 additional word for every spell slot above 3rd level.
