Blood Aegis

With a profane prayer, you pour your blood on a creature within reach. The target can spend and roll any number of its hit dice and gains temporary hit points equal to the total rolled. While a creature has temporary hit points granted by this spell, whenever it hits another creature with an attack, that creature is frightened of this spell's target until the end of its next turn.
