As a reaction after an attack is rolled against you but before the outcome is determined you can project a version of yourself altering the flow of time briefly to impose a disadvantage on the attack.

If the attack misses, the target strikes the alternate version of yourself, breaking the time continuum putting a break on reality, allowing you to shift 10ft away. Doing so will cause the time continuum to catch up, making you miss an action on the next round.
