Atrocious Trumpeting

Starting from yourself and radiating 50 feet outwards a cacophony of horribly grating sounds burst forth. Each creature within range takes 6d6 thunder damage and must make a Constitution saving throw equal to your spell save DC or be Deafened for the duration of the spell. Each creature that ends their turn in the spells radius takes a further 2d6 thunder damage and if not already Deafened must make another Constitution saving throw equal to your spell save DC. If Deafened from the spell you are immune to the damaging effects of the spell.

If cast at 4th level or higher, the spell deals an additional 2d6 initial damage and 1d6 further damage for every save made past the first.
