Break the Spirit

Calling down the power of your god, you bathe your foe in agonizing radiance, driving strength out of its impending attacks. When you target a creature with this spell attack, they get to do CHA saving throw. If they fail they take 5d8 + Wisdom modifier radiant damage, and the target takes a penalty to attack rolls equal to your Charisma modifier until the end of your next turn. If they succeed, only take half damage.
