The air itself freezes still as everything around is turned to ice-like glass. Each creature in a 60-foot-radius sphere around the caster must make a Constitution saving throw. A creature takes 15d6 cold damage and if paralyzed until the start of the caster's next turn on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one and is not paralyzed. 

A creature killed by this spell becomes a frozen statue along with all nonmagical items on their person until it thaws. If attacked of or toppled while frozen the creature is shattered and can only be brought back by True Resurrection or Wish.
