Chillsby's Vindictive Vibrations

You surround a creature of your choosing in a shimmering vibrational energy. For the duration, if the target is hit by an attack within 10 ft, the force sends violent vibrations toward the target. They can make a Dex save, on a failure they are knocked prone. If they succeed, they can not be affected again for the rest of the round.
