You attempt to capture another person's soul, willingly or unwillingly to do this the target must make a intelligence save or have their soul captured in the body of the caster.

A target who has their soul stolen has their stats reduced to 10 in all skills, their alignment becomes neutral and they can't cast spells.

If the soul is destroyed (this can only happen if it is consumed for the material components of a spell) then the target must succeed a constitution save or die.

if they survive, their stats are a commoner's with 10 in all skills and no languages or senses.

At higher levels:  When cast at 8th level or higher you may choose 1 additional target.
