You point at a target, sending a gout of warm, sticky tar jetting towards them. Make a ranged spell attack roll against the target. On a hit, the target becomes Paralyzed for 1 minute. At the end of the target's turn, they can make a Strength saving throw against your spell save DC. On the first success, they become Restrained instead of Paralyzed, and on the second success, they end the spell's effect on themselves.
Any clothing worn by a target hit by this spell becomes grimy and disgusting.
