You attempt to force a bit of information out of a creature you can see within range. While casting, you must request they say what they know about a subject of your choice.
The target creature must make a wisdom saving throw, with advantage if you are fighting it. On a failed save, it is compelled to give you a brief answer to your request, no matter the type of information. The answer must be relevant to the caster's request, and can be no longer than a few sentences. Regardless of the outcome, the creature knows you used magic on it, and may become aggressive depending on the creature and type of information requested (at the DM's discretion).
If the creature does not speak a language you understand, the spell automatically fails.
