Chains of Glass

Form chains of glass in your hand. launch it forward impaling a creature in range, the target becomes wrapped in chains. if a living being touches the chains they must make a constitution save. if a creature fails the saving throw they become glassed, (glassed targets  are stunned and take double damage next time they are hit. succeed a constitution saving to become un-glassed) if the creature succeeds the save the caster becomes glassed. 

At higher levels: every 2 levels above 4th you may have an extra target.
