Battle Avatar

The caster draws fey energy from his or her familiar in order to summon a battle avatar. The avatar is huge with a humanoid body and the head of the familiar. The avatar surrounds the caster placing them at the center of the chest. The avatar has 10 x spell level temporary hp, and an AC of 10 + spell level. The avatar is summoned with a huge copy of the casters weapon if he or she has one. The weapon deals 4d12 force damage on a hit. A failed save from the disintegrate spell destroys the avatar.
