Burning Moon

The caster summons a bolt of freezing light, cold as ice and sharp as a dagger that burns up to three targets within sight. The targets must succeed on a Constitution Saving Throw equal or greater than the caster's Constitution or become frozen in place. While under the flames of the spell they take 1d6 radiant damage on a failed save, or half damage on a successful save. 

At 8th level the damage increases by 1d6 (2d6), and again at 11th level (3d6) and 17th level (4d6).
