Arrow of Power

You point your bow at an ally who is attacking and loose a helpful arrow. You do a ranged attack against your ally, and if it hits they take no damage. Instead, when the arrow hits, its transforms into power and increases there attack and damage equal to your WIS modifier until the end of your ally's turn.
