A shimmering ball of condensed magic rockets toward a target within range and bursts into a shower of sparks that shine brightly in a shape, pattern, and color of your choosing. The shape must be fairly simple, and fit into the blast radius described below.
Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 3d8 force damage, and any creature within 10 ft of the target must succeed a Constitution saving throw or be blinded until the end of their next turn, excluding you. On a miss, the spell continues until it hits an object or reaches the end of the range, in which it explodes, having the same blinding effect. If the caster chooses, they may take a reaction to cause the explosion early wherever they choose along the line of the range.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8, the range increases by 30 ft, and the blast radius increases by 10 ft for each slot level above 2nd.

I feel like Warlocks should be able to use it too??? Idk, it seems like they would get a lot of use out of it
