You conjure a tower made of stone, wood, or similar suitably sturdy materials. The tower can be any regular geometric shape, such as circular, square, hexagonal, etc. The tower can be a number of levels up to half of your Wizard level rounded down. Each level of the tower is up to 15 feet tall and has an area of up to 900 square feet. Access between levels are defined by the caster. The spell must be cast on a flat surface large enough to contain the tower and the spell fails if there is not sufficient room to contain the tower without it touching another other surfaces than the ground.
Each level takes one of the following forms, chosen by you when you cast the spell:
- A bedroom with up to 6 beds, as well as several chairs, chests, and a magical fireplace.
- A study with desks, a library of book and writing supplies. The books contain only information known to the caster when the spell is cast.
- A dining room with a table, chairs, magical fireplace, cooking apparatus and a large portrait of the caster on the wall.
- A lounge with various seating options chosen by the caster and a magical fireplace.
- A washroom with toilets, washtubs, a magical brazier, and sauna benches.
- An observatory with a telescope, maps of areas traversed by the caster and a transformable orrery, which depicts various crystal spheres and planar models.
- An unfurnished, empty storage room.
The interior of the tower is warm and dry, regardless of conditions outside. Any equipment or furnishings conjured with the tower dissipate into smoke if removed from it. At the end of the spell’s duration, all creatures and objects within the tower that were not created by the spell appear safely outside on the ground, and all traces of the tower and its furnishings disappear.
Casting this spell again while it is active will maintain the tower’s existence for another 24 hours.
