You summon forth a wishing well for the good of the people. The well appears in an empty space. It is a circular well 5 ft. in diameter with a bucket and pulley attachment as well as a small roof to prevent debris from falling in. 

Once per day, any sentient creature that tosses a gold coin into the well can make a wish. In order for their wish to come true roll a percentile dice; if a number equal to or lower than their CR (minimum of 1) is rolled, the Wish comes true. If a player character tosses a coin in to make a wish, the percentile dice must be equal to or lower than their level.
