Water Jet Blast

You create a tiny portal to the depths of the Elemental Plane of Water, and try to aim the water jet at an enemy. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 1d10 force damage.

The spell creates more than one jet when you reach higher levels: two jets at 5th level, three jets at 11th level, and four jet at 17th level. You can direct the jets at the same target or at different ones. Make a separate attack roll for each jet.
