For the duration, no smell can be created within or pass through a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on a point you choose within range. Any creature or object entirely inside the sphere is immune to gasses that may cause harm, and creatures that rely on smell lose their bonuses while entirely inside it (Keen Smell and Blindsight).

Posted Jun 12, 2026Actually a great Idea doing the Silence spell but with smell, at first level(ritual). BUT when it nutralizes poisoness gasses, its not an illusion anymore, but abjuration. Beacause the smell of the gass isn't what makes you take posion damage and some poisoness gasses don't even have smell. Plus I think it is cooler to hide the poisoness gasses with the spell.
