Choose three creatures within 40 feet of you that you can see. Spectral Chains wrap around them and they must make a strength saving throw. On a failed save, they take 1d4 plus your spellcasting modifier in Poison damage and become restrained until the end of your next turn. Casting the spell at a spell slot of 3rd level or higher adds 1d4 Poison damage for every level above 2nd.
