Arcane Instability

The target of this spell must make a successful Dexterity saving throw. If the target creature fails their saving throw they are affected by the spell.

The magical energies around the target creature are distorted and unpredictable. For the duration of the spell, any time the target creature casts a spell, uses a magical ability, or has magic cast upon it, roll on the Wild Magic Surge table found in the Sorcerer description. The effects are centered on the creature affected by this spell.
