Water Spout

A cold stream of water blasts from our hand toward a creature within range. Make a ranged spell attack at the target. On a hit, the creature takes 1d4 cold damage and 1d4 bludgeoning damage. If the target is on fire, the flames are immediately extinguished. You can choose to use this spell to extinguish flames without dealing damage.
