You create a small cloud to appear in an unoccupied space you can see within range that is at least 10 feet or more above a solid or liquid surface. The cloud can be shaped as you wish but cannot be more than 5 feet on any side. You can choose if it is a normal cloud, rain cloud or snow cloud. The space the cloud occupies is considered heavily obscured. The cloud is immune to the effects of non-magical wind but can be dispered by magical winds of moderate or greater speed (10 miles per hour or more) or strength (such as those produced by a Gust of Wind spell).
A normal cloud is just a cloud. Nice and fluffy. A rain cloud produces rain that falls from below it up to a maximum distance of 20 feet - this rain is enough for the spaces it falls through to be lightly obscured and can douse non-magical flames within this rainfall. A snow cloud causes snow to fall below it up to a maximum distance of 20 feet and the spaces this snow falls through can be considered lightly obscured but the snow cannot douse flames but can cause non-magical liquids within this snowfall for 1 minute or more to freeze. Liquid frozen by this snowfall will thaw in 10 minutes if removed from the snowfall.
Clouds created by this spell last 1 hour but you can dismiss one or more clouds with an action. You can have a number of clouds active at any time up to a maximum equal to your spellcasting ability modifier, minimum 1.
