Water Slicer

You create a 4-feet long razer made of water. This water is constantly moving quickly with incredible speed and pressure, enough to cut through solid things! Choose one creature or object within range and make a spell attack against it. You fire this razor of intense water and pressure at the target which slices through the air (and possibly the target). On a hit the target receives 3d6 slashing damage.

If cast at a higher level you can create more slicing razors of pressurised water: one additional target for every 2 levels beyond 2nd. This is a total of 2 targets at 4th level, 3 targets at 6th level and 4 targets at 8th level. Roll a separate attack roll and damage roll for each target.
