You transform yourself into either an Earth Elemental, a Fire Elemental, an Air Elemental or a Water Elemental for the duration or until you lose concentration. While you are transformed, the following rules apply:

  • Your game statistics are replaced by the statistics of the elemental, but you retain your alignment, personality, memory, and Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores. You also retain all of your skill and saving throw proficiencies, in addition to gaining those of the elemental. If the elemental has the same proficiency as you and the bonus in its stat block is higher than yours, use the elemental’s bonus instead of yours.
  • You keep your class features, can still speak normally and can still cast spells but only spells cast at 2nd level or lower. You retain the languages you know and while in the form of the elemental you know its language as well (such as Ignan if a Fire Elemental, for example).
  • You keep your hit dice and hit points.
  • Items you are wearing or carrying will be merged into your new form and can no longer be accessed or used and you lose any benefit provided by them (attunement, if you are attuned to magic items, is not broken) until you revert back to your normal form.
  • You can end the spell early, reverting back to normal form, with a bonus action.
* - (a small cloth puppet based on your appearance that is: soaked in water for water elemental, set aflame for fire elemental, tied with ribbons for air elemental or has a stone tied to it for earth elemental.)
