Blood bolt

You create a bolt out of acidic blood.Choose a target within range to shoot the bolt at.You can expend any number of hit dice,and roll them.You make an attack roll against the chosen creature,adding the number of expended hit dice to the attack roll.On a hit,the attack does acid damage equal to twice the total rolled on the hit dice.
