Glitterdust

Each Creature in a 30 ft cone originating from you must succeed on a Dexterity Saving throw or be illuminated in a Golden glittering dust. An Affected Creature is Blinded until it uses an action to brush the dust from it's eyes. Affected creatures also become vulnerable to Lightning Damage due to the conductivity of the golden flakes clinging to it. Additionally creatures cannot hide or benefit from invisibility unless they are behind full cover. 

At higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the duration increases by 1 round and the cone increase by 10 ft for each spell level above 2nd
