You speak a word of creation that seeks to bend the world around you towards balance, inflicting harm upon those who serve extremes. All creatures within a 30 foot sphere centred on you that have an alignment of chaotic evil, chaotic good, lawful evil, or lawful good must take a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC.

Each creatures that fails this save loses 6d6 hit points and is poisoned for one minute. For each creature that fails its save, one (true) neutral creature within the same area may regain 3d6 hit points. A creature may not regain hit points more than once as a result of a single casting of this spell.

Any creature that fails its save is also forced back to its plane of origin (if it isn't there already) and can't return to your current plane for 24 hours by any means short of a wish spell.
