Caranthir's Silver Flame Shroud

The caster of this spell is wreathed in bright, swirling silver flames until the spell ends. A hostile creature that ends its turn in melee range takes 4d12 Fire damage. As an Action while the spell is active the caster may also release a 60-foot line of silver fire that is 5 feet wide or a 30-foot cone of silver fire. Objects in the area that aren’t being worn or carried take 4d12 fire damage. Each creature in the area must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw, taking 4d12 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. This may be used up to a maximum of three times, after which the flames disappear.
