Binding words

The pen is stronger than the sword, and the book is stronger than chains. By sacrificing knowledge you gain the power to hold your enemies. When casting this spell target one creature in range. That creature then has to make an intelligence saving throw, on a failed save it takes 1d12 psychic damage,  and half as much in a successful roll. If the target fails the roll it is then binder by a band of etherical words for 1d6 rounds. The band(s) have AC 5 and hit points of 30, they also have advantage when being attacked by non-magic weapons. When this spell ends the etherical words turn into black ink and the target is no longer bound. If this is cast of a flying creature it is dropped to the ground and takes 1d6 bludgeoning damages. At higher levels the number of bands increases, you gain an additional one for every level. You make separate rolls for each band and can target up to two targets if you have more than one band.
