Aspect Of Winter

Your connection with a Winter Goddess has gifted you the ability to imbue any weapon with a small aspect of her power.

The imbued weapon is gifted a +1 bonus to attack rolls but does an additional 2d8 Cold damage when it hits. The weapon also has an additional but minor effect of freezing any water the weapon comes in contact with up to a 10ft circle.

For projectile weapons like a Bow/Crossbow/Firearm, you have the option of imbuing the projectiles themselves or the weapon.
