You draw a series of strengthening magical patterns across the body of a willing creature. Choose one of the following effects:

• Legs:
  • You gain double your movement speed
  • You can ignore difficult terrain, including difficult terrain made by water
• Arms:
  • You gain double your carrying capacity
  • You gain a climbing speed equal to your movement speed
  • You gain advantage on strength checks and saving throws to escape any form of restraint
• Chest:
  • Your AC increases to 15
  • You gain advantage to resist environmental effects caused by heat or cold

At higher levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4 level or higher, you can choose one additional target or one additional effect for each slot level above 3.
