You amplify your ability to retaliate with spells based on how hurt you are. For the duration, you gain a +1 bonus to spell attack rolls if you are at your maximum hitpoints, a +2 bonus to spell attack rolls if you are below your hit point maximum, or a +3 bonus to spell attack rolls if you are below half of your hit point maximum.
