You conjure from thin air, a translucent longbow made of stardust, from which you shoot luminescent arrows. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes radiant damage equal to 1d4+ your spellcasting ability modifier

The arrow sheds bright light in a 5 foot radius and dim light for an additional 5 feet.

At Higher Levels: The spell shoots more than one arrow when you reach higher levels two arrows at 5th level, three arrows at 11th level, and four arrows at 17th level. Make a separate attack roll for each attack. All arrows are targeted to the first target.
