Blinding Hex

You prepare this hex by placing the materials in a small pouch. On your turn, if you are within 5 ft. of a creature, you may roll to attempt to place this hex bag on their person. 

By saying "clausas", the target becomes compelled to close their eyes, blinding them. They may make a Dexterity saving throw to attempt to remove the hex bag, which would end the spell. You may end the spell at any time.
